The short version

You have 30 days. If you change your mind about something you bought from our shop, tell us within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund it.

Change of mind

Email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return.

To be refunded for a change of mind, the item needs to come back to us unworn, unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached. We cannot resell a worn tee, so we cannot refund one.

You pay the return postage on a change of mind. We refund the price of the item to your original payment method once it arrives back with us and we have checked it over. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If you would rather swap a size than get your money back, say so and we will do that instead, subject to having the size in stock.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

This is different, and it is not limited to 30 days.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will sort it out. We pay the return postage, and you choose a replacement or a refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

What this policy does not cover

Event tickets, sessions, memberships and Fight Team applications are not covered here. They are not physical goods and they work differently.

How to start a return

Email info@chessboxingaustralia.com with your order number and what is wrong, or what you would like to return. We will reply with where to send it.

Please do not post anything back to us before you have heard from us, or it may not reach the right place.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we process the refund to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank, and that part is out of our hands.
